Blue Pulse Studios is an independent, award-winning, next-generation studio, focused around the development, production, financing and distribution of cross-media entertainment for a global audience. Blue Pulse Studios' vision of telling innovative stories without artistic compromise has led to an exciting rage of new entertainment from a diverse group of groundbreaking creative visionaries.
Headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, BPS has offices in Los Angeles, California and Altoona, Pennsylvania, Blue Pulse Studios was founded by Raphael Arkera in 2016.

Raphael Arkera is a multimedia producer, writer and director with a background in game design and creative development.
Through Blue Pulse Studios, he’s created award-winning (No Game Like Foxes, 2020) multi-media entertainment, working with companies including DePiro Entertainment, Fantastik Beyond and Tofu Scramble.
On Zera, he worked alongside Andy Serkis’s production and motion capture company, “The Imaginarium Studios,” (Planet of the Apes, Star Wars Episode VIII, The Jungle Book).

Michael is an Entrepreneur & Producer with a focus in media production and business acquisitions. With over 12 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he founded DePiro Entertainment LLC, a Production and Marketing company based out of Pennsylvania.
In that time Michael has helped grow new production companies by working
closely with investors, business partners and brand specialists to help them
build a solid foundation in the industry.
